3. Processing and amendment?
By providing your personal data to SYMOWA, the customer acknowledges and consents to their processing in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the rules and principles contained in the respective terms and conditions of the services used. Customer Management, since SYMOWA is dedicated to providing health services, the processing of your data is necessary for contact with the customer.
Marketing, SYMOWA may process the personal data collected to send the respective holder information about products and services sold by it. This processing of personal data will only be carried out with the express consent of the holder, given in particular when sending the data, or when subscribing to our newsletter. If you consent, you will receive marketing communications via email, post, telephone and/or SMS. We may share the personal data collected with third parties that manage social networks, such as Facebook, for the purpose of carrying out marketing campaigns through social networks. To ensure the security of our users' data, forms sending medical prescriptions and other personal information will be saved for only 7 days, and will then be automatically deleted from the website.
